Best Price Guarantee

Lieblingstasche is committed to always offering its customers the best prices. That's why we offer you our Best Price Guarantee. If you find a cheaper offer for your favorite item within 14 days of placing your order, we'll refund the difference.

The following conditions apply to our best price guarantee:

• Before you can benefit from the best price guarantee, you must order the item from us.
• It is an identical product (i.e. same version, size, color, material, features, etc.).
• The purchase was made less than 14 days ago.
• The Best Price Guarantee applies only to items offered online. Items offered in brick-and-mortar stores are excluded from the Best Price Guarantee.
• The refundable difference is at least €1.
• The price difference refers to a regular-priced item, excluding discounts, coupons, special offers, or other promotions.
• The company that offers your ordered goods at a cheaper price is based in Germany.
• The cheaper offer does not come from an internet auction house (e.g. eBay) or shopping club.
• The item in question is immediately available, meaning it will be shipped within three days. Additional costs, such as shipping and VAT, will be taken into account. The total order cost applies.
• The Best Price Guarantee is only available once for each item. For larger quantities or multiple orders, you can therefore only claim the Best Price Guarantee for one product at a time.

To take advantage of our Best Price Guarantee, please send us proof of the comparable offer by email (a link or photo) to service@lieblingstasche.de . We will then review the offer and, if approved, refund the difference. Claiming the Best Price Guarantee excludes additional discounts, such as promotional vouchers.
