Lieblingstasche is committed to always offering its customers the best prices. That’s why we provide you with our Best Price Guarantee. If you find a cheaper offer for your Liebling within 14 days of your order, we will refund you the difference.

The following conditions apply to our Best Price Guarantee:

• You must order the item from us before you can use the Best Price Guarantee.
• It must be the identical product (i.e., same version, size, color, material, features, etc.).
• The purchase must not be older than 14 days.
• The Best Price Guarantee only applies to items offered online. Items sold in physical stores are excluded from the Best Price Guarantee.
• The refundable difference amount must be at least €1.
• The price difference refers to an item at the regular price, without discounts, vouchers, special offers, or other promotions.
• The company offering your ordered item at a lower price must be based in Germany.
• The cheaper offer must not come from an online auction site (e.g., eBay) or shopping club.
• The item must be immediately available, meaning it will be shipped within three days. Additional costs such as shipping fees and VAT are included. The total order costs apply.
• The Best Price Guarantee is available to you only once per item. For larger quantities or multiple orders, you can only claim the Best Price Guarantee for one product each time.

To claim our Best Price Guarantee, please send us proof of the competing offer by email (link or photo) to service@lieblingstasche.de. We will then review the offer and refund you the difference if the claim is approved. Using the Best Price Guarantee excludes additional discounts such as promotional vouchers.
