Shipping & Returns
Shipping costs Germany
Within Germany, shipping is free with Hermes for orders over €80, and DHL standard shipping is also free for orders over €100.
Below that, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.95 for Hermes and €5.95 for DHL.

Express shipping
With our shipping partner DPD, it is possible to place an express order within Germany. If you order on weekdays (Monday to Friday) by 12:00 pm, your shipment will be delivered the next working day. Here you can choose whether you want to receive the shipment by the end of the next working day (extra charge of €7), by 12:00 pm (extra charge of €10), or even by 8:30 am (extra charge of €45) on the next working day.
Fast delivery
All orders received on weekdays by around 10:00 am leave our warehouse the same day with our shipping partners DHL and Hermes and are mostly delivered the next day (PLEASE NOTE: delays can unfortunately occur with all shipping providers beyond our control). After we have shipped your order, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use here to track your delivery status.
Flexible delivery address
Are you not at home during the usual delivery times of DPD, Hermes, or DHL? We are happy to send your goods to a delivery address different from the billing address.
Alternatively, you can have your package delivered to a DHL Packstation in Germany. Here you can register once and enjoy the benefits of the DHL Packstation in the future.
With Hermes, you can also send your delivery directly to a parcel shop of your choice, which you can find here.
Please note that for delivery to a DHL Packstation, you must select DHL as the shipping service provider.
For delivery to a Hermes parcel shop, you must select Hermes as the shipping service provider.
Return within 30 days
You can exercise your right of return within 30 days and send your delivery back to us.
Free returns within Germany
Within Germany, you can return your delivery free of charge. If you chose DHL as the shipping method, simply use the return label included in your package. If you chose DPD, you can easily download your return label in your customer account or via the link in the shipping confirmation.
Returns outside Germany
Please note that if you are outside Germany, you must send your return to our contact address at your own cost and risk.

We reserve the right to charge you for shipments sent to us without postage paid.
Lieblingstasche asks you to refrain from anything that could reduce the value of the goods. The goods must be returned to Lieblingstasche unworn and in the same condition as they arrived to the recipient. Lieblingstasche does not accept used or customer-damaged goods as returns.
Please use the same box you received the goods in, if possible, or at least an equivalent one to send your return back to Lieblingstasche.
