Returning selected orders places a huge strain on the environment. To minimize this, we present our favorites online as best as possible – with plenty of pictures, dimensions, and text, we try to give you a real-life impression of your favorite. If we're not able to do that, we look forward to your questions by email or phone. We're truly happy to advise you on product selection and thus minimize selected orders or returns.

You don't need to do anything extra to support us. With every order, we check whether a used box in good condition is in stock and then use it for your order. This can be identified by the reusable sticker that is affixed to the box. This doesn't incur any additional costs for you; instead, you're helping us reduce waste and conserve raw materials.
