To minimize this, we present our favorites online as best as possible – with many pictures, dimensions, and texts, we try to help you imagine your favorite live. If we ever fail, we look forward to your questions by email or phone. We really enjoy advising you on product selection and thus minimizing selection orders or returns.

Try to avoid selection orders and feel free to use our customer service for precise product advice.

We also check with every order whether a used box in good condition is available in stock and then use it for your order. This is indicated by the Reusable sticker attached to the box.
