Shipping Costs – Germany

Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €80.
For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of €5.95 applies.
Shipping costs for other countries can be found on the page International Shipping.

Express Shipping
With our shipping partner DPD, express delivery within Germany is available. If you place your order on a business day (Monday to Friday) before 12:00 PM, your shipment will be delivered on the next business day. You can choose between the following delivery options:

  • By the end of the next business day (surcharge €7)

  • By 12:00 PM the next business day (surcharge €10)

  • By 8:30 AM the next business day (surcharge €45)

Fast Delivery
All orders received on weekdays by approximately 1:00 PM are shipped the same day via our shipping partner DPD. If you select DHL, orders received by approximately 10:00 AM will also be shipped the same day.
DHL and DPD usually deliver most of these shipments the following day (please note: delays may occasionally occur with all shipping providers and are beyond our control).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor the status of your delivery.

Flexible Delivery Address
Not at home during standard delivery times of DPD or DHL? We are happy to ship your order to a delivery address different from your billing address.
Alternatively, you can have your parcel delivered to a DHL Packstation in Germany. You can register once here to take advantage of DHL Packstation services in the future.
Please note that delivery to a Packstation is only possible if you select DHL as the shipping provider.

Returns Within 30 Days
You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 days and return your order to us.

Free Returns Within Germany
Returns within Germany are free of charge. If you selected DHL as your shipping method, simply use the return label included in your parcel. If you selected DPD, you can download your return label from your customer account or via the link in your shipping confirmation.

Returns Outside Germany
Please note that for returns from outside Germany, you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk.

We reserve the right to charge you for any shipments sent to us without prepaid postage.
Lieblingstasche requests that you refrain from anything that may reduce the value of the goods. Items must be returned unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. Used or customer-damaged items will not be accepted as returns.
If possible, please use the original box in which you received the goods, or at least an equivalent packaging, to return your items.
